Before booking your holiday, please contact us first to order a detailed trip dossier, so that you can ensure that you have chosen a trip that is well suited to your experience and capabilities.
If you need some time to make your decision or persuade some friends to join you, we'll hold a provisional place for you and your companion(s) for a minimum of one week.
Once you are ready to book, complete and sign the booking form (click here to download), and send it to us with your deposit to High Himalaya Society Treks & Expedition,29 Thamel. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you sign. We require a non-refundable deposit of US$100 or 15% (whichever is the greater) per person of the cost of the tour/quote. Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit, a confirmation invoice will be sent to you, along with a detailed trip dossier (if you haven't already received one), a kit list and information about Traveling in Nepal.
The balance of the trip price is payable 60 days before your trip commences. We will send you a reminder one week before then. Where the booking is made 60 days or less before the departure date, the full amount is payable on booking. Unlike other companies, we do not impose charges for late bookings. Payment is made by cheque, which should be made payable to Real Adventure Nepal Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd.
Please make sure that all your travel documents and arrangements are in place in good time, including passport validity, visa(s), inoculations and insurance. We cannot be responsible for your failure to adequately prepare for the trip.
